Cancellation & refund policy

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment starts.
• Inside 24 hours you can still cancel, but the booking is not refundable. Rescheduling inside 24 hours depends on availability.
• If we cannot attend, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
• A refund shows as “Refund requested” until the payment provider confirms it, then “Refunded”.
• If a payment arrives after your slot hold expired and the time is no longer available, we will offer another time or a full refund.
