Common questions
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave access instructions — guardhouse registration, a key with management, or a door code. You add these privately at checkout and only the assigned team sees them.
What does the team bring?
Vacuum, mops, cloths and standard cleaning products. Deep and move-out teams also bring descaler, degreaser and a step ladder. Each service page lists the equipment.
What if my place is bigger than the package limit?
You can add extra team time, switch to a larger package, or build a custom clean. Properties over 2,000 sq ft, heavily soiled, or post-renovation go to a quotation so we can price them fairly.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from your booking page. Changes made 24 hours or more before the start are free. Inside 24 hours the booking can still be cancelled but is not refundable. (Draft policy — pending owner confirmation.)
